The House
Situation
The quinta is situated on a hill where you can overlook the sea in the distance and all the beautifull tree’s witch are spread over the 4 hectares of private property. On this property you can find a parking place for your cars, a spe- cial place for the kids to play, a grassland and a path to walk on if you’d like to discover every inch of land wich is at youre disposle for the rentingperiod. The property is situated in a national reserve and is a 10 minute drive away from Silves.
Villa
Completed in 2009 in a modern architectural style with a Moorish accent. The villa, suited for 10 persons, has a single floor space of approx. 280M2 and is devided in 5 well sized bedrooms witch each they’re own exclusive bathroom with toilet. The main living is devided in 2 spaces, one to relaxe on a large couch with a fireplace and satelite television, the other with the large kitchenspace and diningtable. The villa is equipt with all of the modern electronics, such as internet, telephone, dvd, intergrated musicsystem with Ipod-connectivity and a security system on the whole house. The house has a natural air-circulation system, which can be regulated to suit your comfort. So during the summer and winter periods the house is very comfortable. From the main living you can enter the roofed veranda where you can choose to relaxe or to take place on the diningtable. Here you can overlook the beautiful scenery and the large pool. Near the terras you can find a large outdoor kitchen where you can invite all of your guests and make the most wonderfull dishes with fish and meat fresh from the market in Silves. In 2011 a luxurious cabine is integrated in the totaldesign and offers space for an extra 2 persons. This cabine also has all the comfort you would want for a relaxing stay at the villa. In total 12 persons can enjoy the villa and the magnificent Algarve.
Pool
When entering the poolplatform you can have a refreshing dive in a non-chlored pool (4,5m. x 11m.) and take a seat on the sunbeds with the large umbrellas. Also you can take a shower to wash yourself clean before enjoying the nice Algarvian sunshine.
